Book of the Day

'Coronet Among the Weeds' - Charlotte Bingham, 1965
Imagine that Holden Caulfield was a young British bohemian aristrocrat in 1960's London but with a twist of Bridget Jones and you get the basic idea of this biography that Bingham wrote when she was 19. This book is first and foremost very funny but also an interesting insight into her search for her man of steel as well as being a Chelsa-beatnik and working as an au-pair in Paris for a while.
Perfect bathtub-reading!
